Services described

Descriptions of financial auditing engagements on this site are informational. They do not create an auditor–client relationship until an engagement letter is signed by both parties and any required deposit is received.

Intellectual property

Text, visual design, and downloadable materials on this site are owned by Matsu Audit Counsel or used under licence. You may not copy, republish, or adapt site content for commercial use without written permission, except for fair personal reference to publicly available pages.

Accuracy

We aim to keep fee guidance and process descriptions current. Starting prices and timelines may change. Binding fees and calendars appear only in signed engagement letters.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matsu Audit Counsel is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on general information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Japanese law, including liability for wilful misconduct.

User conduct

You agree not to misuse forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit false identity information when requesting an estimate.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts with jurisdiction in Yamanashi Prefecture shall have exclusive competence over disputes arising from website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
