We quote fixed engagement fees after a scoping conversation. The figures below are starting points for clean single-entity files in Yamanashi; multi-location groups and first-year audits sit higher.

Travel within Yamanashi Prefecture is included in the statutory audit starting fee. Lodging and longer journeys are billed at cost with prior notice.
Outside the engagement fee
Bookkeeping, tax return preparation, and valuation specialists retained for complex instruments are separate. If scope expands mid-fieldwork — a newly identified related party, a late acquisition — we issue a fee revision letter before additional hours begin.
Deposits of thirty percent secure the calendar slot for year-end audits. The balance is due on delivery of the draft report package. See our refund policy for cancellation and rescheduling terms.
