Processing is based on steps prior to entering a contract (responding to estimate requests), legitimate interests in operating a professional practice website, and consent where you subscribe to notes or accept analytics cookies.

Retention

Unsuccessful inquiries are retained up to twenty-four months. Engagement correspondence tied to a signed letter follows our professional file retention schedule, typically seven years after the engagement ends. Newsletter subscriptions remain until you unsubscribe.

User rights

Subject to Japanese law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent for optional processing. Email hello@processapis.digital with “Privacy request” in the subject line. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission of Japan.

International transfers

If hosting or email providers process data outside Japan, we require contractual safeguards appropriate under applicable Japanese guidance for cross-border transfers.

Security

We apply access controls and limit staff access to inquiry mailboxes. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive financial detail in the initial web form.
