About the practice
Matsu Audit Counsel is a financial auditing practice serving companies in and around 湖榎本市. We examine accounts, observe inventory, and write reports that boards can defend — without dressing the work as something it is not.
The practice grew from partner work on statutory audits for manufacturers, wholesalers, and group subsidiaries across Yamanashi Prefecture. Clients asked for counsel that stayed through inventory counts and note disclosures rather than handing fieldwork to rotating juniors alone.
Deliver independent assurance on financial statements with clear scoping, respectful fieldwork, and findings written in language finance teams can act on before the next reporting cycle.
Planning visits happen on site whenever ledgers and warehouses share a postcode. Materiality, related-party questions, and PBC ownership are settled early. Partner review is scheduled on the calendar, not squeezed into the night before signing.
Engagements are led by a named partner with a field team of managers and seniors who stay on the file through reporting.

We work as external auditors and advisors within independence rules. Controllers remain owners of the books; we examine, inquire, and report. When readiness consultation precedes an audit by another firm, we stay clear of that later opinion. When we are the statutory auditors, readiness work is limited to clarifying evidence expectations, not preparing the statements.
