Preparation

Trial balance, general ledger extracts, bank confirmations list, inventory count schedules, and draft notes ready two weeks before interim fieldwork.

Constraints

We accept a limited number of year-end audits per quarter to protect partner review time. Concurrent bookkeeping for the same entity is declined.

Pricing basis

Fixed fee based on entity complexity, number of locations, and prior-year findings. Travel within Yamanashi included; overnight stays billed at cost.
